Shipping & Returns Policy
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment.
Returns
OnlyZards accepts returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Due to the nature of sealed Pokémon products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or general returns, even if the item is unopened.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened and in original factory-sealed condition

The item must be defective, damaged, or not as described

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at Casey@OnlyZards.com and we will make it right.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, OnlyZards will cover return shipping
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
